  • GOLF COURSE BUNKER REFURBISHMENT

    The Association is refurbishing the 43 bunkers at the Canyon Lake Golf Course by reshaping each bunker to its original shape, adding new sand and making necessary drainage and irrigation repairs.

  • PICKLEBALL COURTS

    April 19, 2017 - Work has officially started at East Port to install permanent pickleball courts. The project has a 60 to 90 day timeline. Residents are asked to please follow any posted construction signage and fencing during this time.

  • MAIN GATE ENTRY

    Staff are finalizing design plans and obtaining estimates for two entry signs at the Main Gate.

  • DOG PARK PROJECT

    January 16, 2017 - Tomorrow (January 17), the East Port Dog Park will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Association will be working on adding extra drainage in preparation for the decomposed granite (DG) installation. Once the park is ready for the DG installation, only one side will be worked on at a time so that one area will remain open for use.

  • HAPPY CAMP RENOVATION

    The Association is excited to announce that the Happy Camp renovation is nearing a start date. The project plans created earlier this year were submitted to the State of California and were approved on November 27. The Association now plans to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) by March, 2017.

  • TENNIS CENTER SHADE STRUCTURES

    The Association is in the planning and design phase for new shade structures at the tennis courts. At the June 7, 2016 Regular Session Board Meeting, the Board announced that preliminary conceptual designs have been prepared and they seek community feedback on the various styles.
