The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a regulatory committee that meets once a week to review designs and plans for all property improvements. This would include new homes, remodels, additions, paint and any other changes that alter the physical appearance of the property. Improvements such as concrete, walls, landscaping, fences, patios (and covers), pools and gazebos ARE ALL FEATURES THAT ARE IN THE PURVIEW of the Committee. The Committee rules on the principle of the aesthetics of the proposal, as well as conformance with the CC&Rs (Governing Documents) and the Architectural Guidelines/Rules and Regulations. Lakefront improvements such as docks, sea walls, boat shelters, etc. are also reviewed by the Committee.
