Description:

The primary responsibility of the Community Patrol Committee is to advise the Board of Directors, on the current status and conditions existing in the Community Patrol operation. The Committee will recommend action that should be addressed by the Board through the General Manager.

In fulfilling its responsibility, the Community Patrol Committee, in cooperation with the General Manager, shall:

• Review and make recommendations to the Board on the overall performance of the Community Patrol Operation
• Review Community Patrol Management Reports
• Review Canyon Lake POA Community Patrol Quality Assurance Reports
• Review Barton Quality Assurance Reports
• Conduct an annual review of the Community Patrol Operation
• Shall have the authority to review the Community Patrol Contract (excluding any dollar figures) in order to perform it duties as listed above.
• The Committee shall also perform such other related functions as directed by the Board of Directors.
