Description:

The primary responsibility of the Canyon Lake Senior Committee is to advise the Board of Directors on new programs and concepts for use at the Canyon Lake Senior Center. The Committee will recommend action that should be addressed by the Board through the General Manager.

In fulfilling its responsibility, the Canyon Lake Senior Committee, in cooperation with the General Manager, shall:

• Review and make recommendations to the Board on Programs and Social Events
• Review and make recommendations in cooperation with the Recreation Manager as it relates to the hours of operation, days of service
• Review and make recommendations in cooperation with the Recreation Manager as to the methods for reserving the facility.
• The Committee shall also perform such other related functions as directed by the Board.
