Description:

The primary responsibility of the Canyon Lake Technology Committee is to advise the Board of Directors on issues relating to technology. The Committee will recommend action that should be addressed by the Board through the General Manager.

In fulfilling its responsibility, the Canyon Lake Technology Committee, in cooperation with Staff, shall:

• Provide guidance to the Association on all matters related to the website, networking, telecommunications, and associated computer technology.
• Identify strategic directions, capabilities, and objectives for Canyon Lake POA IT support, including learning technologies
• Identify opportunities where IT can help achieve Canyon Lake POA goals and recommend priorities
• Ensure a coordinated implementation of Canyon Lake POA IT projects and initiatives
