Our Goals

In order to accomplish this mission, the Human Resources Department shall strive to:

    1. Assure that employees of the Association are receiving the best  possible combination of employee benefits;
    2. Ensure that the salaries paid to The Association employees are both attractive and competitive in the job market;
    3. Maintain accurate and complete personnel records; while maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information that may be shared with us in the course of our work.
    4. Be responsive to questions and concerns of employees regarding all aspects of their employee/employer relationship;
    5. Provide an applicant pool with the best possible qualifications and representing a broad cross-section of the community from which the Association may assemble a high quality,  diverse workforce;
    6. Assure compliance with all internal and external rules and regulations within which the Association is required to operate regarding the area of human resources;
    7. That applicants and employees should be treated with respect.
    8. That the HR staff will strive to maintain a high standard of performance and proficiency in providing service to its applicants and employees.

The Office of Human Resources (HR) is an essential and indispensable force in facilitating the accomplishment of the Association’s mission by providing services and administering benefits that promote the security and well being of The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association’s most important resource -- its employees.

The Human Resources Department will serve as a strategic partner along side of the General Manager, Department Manager’s, and staff in supporting the mission of The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association. Human Resources will take a leadership role in providing services that support the Association by promoting the concept that our employees are our most valuable resource and will be treated as such. The Human Resources Department will act as catalysts enabling all employees to contribute at optimum levels towards the success of the Association. The Office of Human Resources (is committed to provide administrative services in the areas of human resources including: employee benefits, payroll administration, human resources development, personnel records, employment, and to the employees of the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association.

Our mission is to establish the optimal work environment for obtaining sustained high productivity, continuous improvement, organizational renewal, and exceptional customer service.

Our mission is to provide a full range of centralized, comprehensive human resource management services for employees of the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association and to assist the Association components in attracting and retaining qualified employees.

The Human Resources staff will work with Department Managers and staff to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to personnel and affirmative action.
