- Association Owned Equipment
- Buildings
- Common Areas both Developed and Undeveloped
- Golf Course
- Equestrian Center
- Happy Camp
- Lake
- Parks & Beaches
- Perimeter Fencing
- Road System
- Storm Drain System
Open House
The Director of Operations hosts an Open House every Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at the Operations building. Please call ext. 510 ahead of time to ensure that the Director is in the office.

The mission of the Operations Department is to provide leadership and management of the Associations physical assets through efficient utilization of available resources. Furthermore, the Operations Department is dedicated to maintaining a beautiful, clean, safe, and healthy community environment for the use and enjoyment of the members and their guests. Elements of the department include:
- Protect the environment and aesthetics
- Maintain the assets of the Association
- Maintain financial integrity
- Facilitate communications within the community
- Ensure positive interaction with Local & State Agencies
- Develop policies that enhance property values
