To ensure receipt of escrow required documents in a quick and effecient manner, please follow the guidelines listed below:
Ordering Escrow Package
Each request for escrow related documents must be submitted on an Escrow Order Form along with full payment of the document fees. The Escrow Order Form can be obtained from the link below, Member Services or the Escrow Department. In 4-5 business days a packet with the requested documents will be sent. To further expedite the process, a $100 rush fee can be paid and the documents will be sent in 1-2 business days.

As part of the Association's Standard Escrow Package, the property will be inspected by the Planning and Compliance Department for any violations of the Association's CC&Rs and Rules and Regulations. Once completed, results will be sent to the escrow company. Any questions regarding property violations must be directed towards the Planning & Compliance department at 951-244-6841, ext. 320.
In order to transfer ownership, a transfer fee of $275 must be paid at the close of escrow.
All current POA ID cards, vehicle decals, golf cart decals, boat decals, and POA dock rental keys must be returned by the close of escrow in order to avoid a charge of $100 per item.
Congratulations! Please register at the Member Services office and be sure to provide either a copy of your Recorded Grant Deed or a Grant Deed certified by your escrow company.
