Proposed Rule Changes
Per the Davis-Stirling Act, which applies to all common interest developments in California, before adopting or amending an Operating Rule or changing the Fine Schedule, the Board must provide notice of a proposed rule change at least 28 days before making the rule change.

Board Election Info
The CLPOA has a five-member Board of Directors who are collectively responsible for the management and operation of the CLPOA's business affairs. The Board of Directors are elected by at-large for staggered two-year terms. Elections are held in May of each year.
