Responsibilities

Accounting is responsible for managing the Canyon Lake POA's financial operations in accordance with fiscal and accounting policies. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Billing of member assessments and applying payments received
  • Recording of amenity revenues (restaurants, golf course, slip rentals, horse board)
  • Following Collection Policy related to delinquent accounts
  • Ensuring all invoices are paid by the Canyon Lake POA and have proper approvals
  • Timely reporting of monthly and annual financial statements
