The CLPOA has a five-member Board of Directors who are collectively responsible for the management and operation of the CLPOA's business affairs. The Board of Directors are elected by at-large for staggered two-year terms. The Board of Directors works closely with the CLPOA's Corporate department to ensure that CLPOA duties and responsibilities are being carried out.
Committees play an essential role in assisting the CLPOA with a variety of functions and duties. Each committee is led by member volunteers and has a specific purpose within our community. Committee Members are appointed by the Board of Directors.
