Facilities Review Committee

Overview

The Facilities Review Committee is the monitoring committee for all common area facilities and roads. Committee responsibilities include building maintenance, long-range planning, master planning, capital projects, and continued facility management/maintenance. The common areas include: 

  • Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club
  • Equestrian Center
  • Gault Field
  • Happy Camp
  • Lodge
  • Parks & Beaches
  • Pickleball Courts
  • Pool
  • Senior Center
  • Tennis Courts
