Regular physical activity can help keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp. Below are some online fitness classes to keep you moving.

  • Barry’s Bootcamp
    Barry’s Bootcamp will be utilizing their Instagram TV channel to feature free, daily workouts taught by Barry’s instructors.
  • Chuze Fitness 
    Chuze Fitness has an On-Demand section featuring fitness classes taught but Chuze instructors from their homes! There are a variety of classes for different levels including barre, yoga, pilates, and family workouts.
  • Fitness Blender 
    Free workout videos for every fitness level.
  • Joe Wicks “The Body Coach” 
    Joe Wicks is hosting live P.E. classes for every age level, every week day, at 9:00 a.m. GMT (2:00 a.m. PST). The videos are saved to his YouTube channel and can be accessed at any time!
  • Orangetheory 
    Orangetheory’s “At Home” series is providing simple, no equipment required workouts to do in the comfort of your home.
  • Peloton 
    Peloton is proving their app free to users for 90 days. In addition to their standard treadmill and stationary bike routines, the app also features a variety of workouts geared toward strength training, yoga, and stretching.
  • Planet Fitness 
    Join Planet Fitness on their Facebook page for live-streamed daily “Home Work-Ins” at 4 PM PST.
  • YMCA Health & Fitness
    YMCA 360 videos & content brings you the freshest experiences to you and your family.
