- Barry’s Bootcamp
Barry’s Bootcamp will be utilizing their Instagram TV channel to feature free, daily workouts taught by Barry’s instructors.
- Chuze Fitness
Chuze Fitness has an On-Demand section featuring fitness classes taught but Chuze instructors from their homes! There are a variety of classes for different levels including barre, yoga, pilates, and family workouts.
- Fitness Blender
Free workout videos for every fitness level.
- Joe Wicks “The Body Coach”
Joe Wicks is hosting live P.E. classes for every age level, every week day, at 9:00 a.m. GMT (2:00 a.m. PST). The videos are saved to his YouTube channel and can be accessed at any time!
Orangetheory’s “At Home” series is providing simple, no equipment required workouts to do in the comfort of your home.
Peloton is proving their app free to users for 90 days. In addition to their standard treadmill and stationary bike routines, the app also features a variety of workouts geared toward strength training, yoga, and stretching.

Talkspace is a service that offers online and mobile therapy options. Their website also features many articles related to wellness and mental health, including this article which offers 12 therapist-approved tips for good mental health. They also have a dedicated Coronavirus Resource Hub which provides resources to assist with anxiety, parenting, relationships, and more!
Yoga helps with stress and relaxation.
