Canyon Lake 9/11 Tribute Patriot Day

Join us for 9/11 Tribute Patriot Day on Monday, September 11th, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Canyon Lake Lodge for a heartfelt 9/11 Tribute. This evening is dedicated to honoring the memories of those we lost and to show our unwavering support for our Veterans and First Responders. The event, hosted by the Canyon Lake Veterans & First Responders Group and Canyon Lake POA, will feature moving dedications, inspiring speeches, and a live DJ playing patriotic tunes that resonate with our shared sense of unity.

Here's the schedule for the evening:

6:30 p.m. - Kick off with patriotic melodies by our DJ, and don't forget to check out the 9/11 t-shirt sale by Veterans & First Responders. Patriotic Quilters will also be there, taking entries from veterans for a chance to win a beautiful quilt.

7:00 p.m. - Gather for the Blue Light Tribute, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, an opening prayer, and the national anthem by Joseph Luna Jr. We'll also be honored to have guest speakers sharing their insights.

7:45 p.m. - Be captivated by the moving performance of UC Riverside's Great Highland Bagpipes and Drums, a fitting conclusion to an evening of remembrance and unity.

The Lodge will be open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for this event. Please note, there is not a golf cart parade like in previous years.
