Architectural Control Committee Meeting

When building a house or making any repairs, alteration or additions to the exterior of your home or property, you must submit your plans to the Canyon Lake POA's Planning and Compliance department for approval. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) then reviews and evaluates these applications at their weekly ACC Meeting on Thursdays. They ensure that proposed modifications to member's lots are in accordance with the Canyon Lake POA's CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, and Governing Documents. Meetings are every Thursday at 11 a.m. in the POA Conference Room at the CLPOA Office.
