The Board convened a successful Community Patrol RFP Virtual Workshop on Tuesday 8/25. Cory Gorham presented an overview of the current Community Patrol Contract and the proposed revisions to be included in the upcoming RFP. Nearly 40 people attended and participated in the discussion that included both the Community Patrol RFP and other security concerns. View Cory’s presentation online. The Board will be considering all of the comments and suggestions related to the RFP and other concerns expressed at their next Executive Session and reporting out their intentions in the coming weeks.
The next Regular Session of the Board occurs next week September 1st. Included in the agenda is a presentation on the Pump Track Status that will include the design of the first Phase that has been submitted to the City for Permit and an outline of the following Phases for completion of the Sierra Park North development. The agenda also includes three discussion items related to Motorcycle Parking, Traffic and Parking concerns that have been raised by members, and our plans for a meeting with the Club Presidents later in September. The meeting package is available on the web site at ADD LINK. Everyone is encouraged to review the material and share their thoughts at the meeting.
