Boat Service Seal Changes

Canyon Lake residents who exit the community with their boat for gas, service, etc. should request a service seal (white tag) from Community Patrol. Upon re-entry, a service seal indicates to staff that the boat has not been in another body of water and does not need to be inspected for quagga mussel. To make this process easier, Community Patrol gate guards will now be providing the white tags at both East Gate and North Gate. Residents exiting with their boat may stop and park in the 10-minute parking area directly behind the East and North Gate guard buildings.

Did You Get Your RFID Yet?

The CLPOA is moving towards implementing RFID technology at all gates. RFID transponders are free for all Canyon Lake residents. To get your RFID transponder, please visit the CLPOA's Member Services office during regular business hours (Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.) with your current vehicle registration, and the vehicle in which you need the transponder for.

For more information contact the CLPOA's Member Services office at 951.244.6841 x310 or visit the Vehicle Registration website page

RFID Lane Gate & Access

Please be advised that the RFID lane gate arm opens for one vehicle (including golf carts) only. Multiple vehicles cannot enter through the RFID gate. Please allow the gate arm to close before pulling forward.

Entering directly after the vehicle in front of you without letting the gate arm close may result in the gate arm damaging your vehicle.

Mailbox Replacement Project - Group 4

The CLPOA is in the process of replacing aging mailbox clusters throughout the community. The existing free-standing pedestal-style cluster mailbox units and parcel mailboxes will be replaced with front loading CBUs that combine both mailboxes and parcel boxes. The new CBUs are made of heavy duty aluminum with stainless steel hardware, making them more secure than the existing mailboxes.

Mailboxes are being replaced in groups and Group 4 will begin on July 23 and is anticipated to be completed by July 27.
