Road Inspections Next Week

Pardon our cones. Don’t be alarmed if you see traffic control cones and drones on February 18 and 19. The Canyon Lake POA will be conducting drone inspections of roads pertaining to current litigation. Drones will not be directed towards homes or private property. Some streets may be affected by temporary street parking restrictions while we gather road condition data. Those streets will receive a door flyer on Monday, February 18th. We thank you for your patience during intermittent road closures.

Have You Heard About Guest ePasses?

Guest access into Canyon Lake just got easier with dwellingLIVE's ePass option!  This new feature gives members the option to email a guest pass to their guest to help expedite entry. Once the ePass is sent, please encourage your guest to print the pass before arrival. If your guest is unable to print the ePass, he/she can display the pass on a smartphone where gate staff will scan it to confirm the validity. As always, staff will verify that the driver’s license matches the name on the ePass.
