MAIL TEMPORARILY STOPPED AT SOME MAIL LOCATIONS

Due to a clerical/schematic error, some new mailbox keys recently issued to residents do not correspond to the correct mailing address. The postal service has temporarily stopped mail service at these locations.  All mail is being held at the Sun City USPS office on Haun Road in Menifee.

Note this only affects recent new mailboxes installed on March 25 and 26 on the following streets:

- Caliente Place
- Canyon Lake Drive South
- Early Round Drive
- Loch Lomond Drive
- Pin Tail Drive
- Sparkle Drive
- Village Way Drive
- Wood Duck Place

We are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible. New locks are being installed at affected locations and new keys will be reissued. This is anticipated to be complete by Wednesday, April 3. Upon completion, affected residents may pick up their new keys at the Operations office located on Longhorn Drive (entrance adjacent to North Gate on Vacation Drive).

Most of the 4,800 addresses within the Canyon Lake POA have transitioned to new mailboxes very smoothly and we apologize for this inconvenience.
