Pavement Project

Pavement Project Kicks Off

The Pavement Project has kicked off. The contractor has established their staging area at Eastport Park. Work has begun on smaller portions of Eastport and Holiday Harbor parking lot, as well as at the Country Club. While there are currently no closures, signs are posted where work is taking place and there may be some small areas of limited parking.

The first significant portion of this project will be at the Country Club beginning October 7 to coincide with the golf course overseeding. Work at the Country Club is anticipated to be completed by October 22. Both the restaurant and golf course will be closed during this period of time. The full schedule for all 16 areas will be posted soon.  In most areas of this project, portions of the lots will remain available for members use. Any areas requiring full closure during this project will be noticed well in advance.

Eastport Block Wall Complete

The Canyon Lake POA recently completed the Eastport Block Wall. The new wall is approximately 686 linear feet of reinforced 8-foot concrete block. The new wall updates the aesthetics of the community making it more in line with neighboring communities. Additionally, it will provide much more security and better sound attenuation for nearby residents.

Work continues at Eastport as the Pavement Project kicked off and it's being used as a staging area.
