    When building a house or making any repairs, alteration or additions to the exterior of your home or property, you must submit your plans to theCLPOA's Planning and Compliance department for approval. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) then reviews and evaluates these applications at their weekly ACC Meeting on Thursdays. They ensure that proposed modifications to member's lots are in accordance with the CLPOA's CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, and Governing Documents. Meetings are every Thursday at 11 a.m. in the POA Conference Room at the CLPOA Office.

  4. Traffic School

    The CLPOA offers traffic school as a method to reduce or remove the fine amount from a traffic citation received on the streets inside of Canyon Lake from the prime member's account. All members, their lessees, and guests may be eligible to attend traffic school. An individual is eligible to attend traffic school for a moving violation once every 36 months, as long as the prime member is in good standing with the CLPOA.

    Traffic school is available to any individual who has received a traffic citation from the CLPOA inside the gated area of Canyon Lake, CA. Individuals must register for traffic school prior to the class. Please note, you cannot register or pay for the class the day of traffic school. Also, any CLPOA member may attend traffic school in order to improve their general knowledge of CLPOA traffic rules.
