  1. Happy Camp July 4th Lottery Registrations Available

    June 14, 2018, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM @ Happy Camp Campground

    Sign-ups for the lottery are being taken at Happy Camp through Saturday, June 9 through Friday, June 15. Only prime/associate members in "good standing" with the CLPOA can participate in the lottery, and they must be present at the lottery (be sure to bring CLPOA ID card) for a chance to win a site.

    New this year, reservations will be site-specific and upon winning a site members must provide their reservation name and reservation dates. Waterfront sites will have a five-day minimum (including the holiday) required, while off water sites will have a three-day minimum (including the holiday). A deposit for all days must be made upon winning a site, and deposits are non-refundable Only one site will be awarded per tract-lot and sites may not be sold or transferred (fines will be issued for failure to comply with this rule).

  2. Architectural Control Committee Meeting

    When building a house or making any repairs, alteration or additions to the exterior of your home or property, you must submit your plans to theCLPOA's Planning and Compliance department for approval. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) then reviews and evaluates these applications at their weekly ACC Meeting on Thursdays. They ensure that proposed modifications to member's lots are in accordance with the CLPOA's CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, and Governing Documents. Meetings are every Thursday at 11 a.m. in the POA Conference Room at the CLPOA Office.

    Test your skills by coming to the Senior Center to play Duplicate Bridge. This is a form of Bridge typically played in tournaments, but it is equally adapted to play in homes and clubs. It is considered the supreme test of skill among card games for the "luck of the deal" is eliminated to the extent that all of the competitors get to play the same cards.
