    The Finance Committee advises and assists the CLPOA's Board of Directors on the CLPOA's financial planning. In doing so, this committee reviews and makes recommendations on the preliminary annual budget, budget procedures, financial control, and accountability; conducts an annual review of the CLPOA's insurance policies; makes recommendations for investments for funds set aside for special projects and reviews status of the CLPOA's reserves funds.

  2. Architectural Control Committee Meeting

    July 19, 2018, 11:00 AM @ CLPOA Office | POA Conference Room

    When building a house or making any repairs, alteration or additions to the exterior of your home or property, you must submit your plans to theCLPOA's Planning and Compliance department for approval. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) then reviews and evaluates these applications at their weekly ACC Meeting on Thursdays. They ensure that proposed modifications to member's lots are in accordance with the CLPOA's CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, and Governing Documents. Meetings are every Thursday at 11 a.m. in the POA Conference Room at the CLPOA Office.

    The primary responsibility of the Estates Committee is to advise the CLPOA's Board of Directors on the current status and conditions existing in the Fairway Estates and Rancho Estates tracts and recommend any actions that should be addressed by the Board.
