When building a house or making any repairs, alteration or additions to the exterior of your home or property, you must submit your plans to theCLPOA's Planning and Compliance department for approval. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) then reviews and evaluates these applications at their weekly ACC Meeting on Thursdays. They ensure that proposed modifications to member's lots are in accordance with the CLPOA's CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, and Governing Documents.
Meetings are every Thursday at 11 a.m. in the POA Conference Room at the Canyon Lake POA Office.
