Sierra Park North Development Update

Site work continues and curb/gutter and fencing are being installed at Sierra Park North. The entire park will remain closed during construction and the park expected to be complete by July/August 2022. All of our active construction sites are off-limits to residents until they are completed. Those who enter the work area may be subject to fines. View Project Photos

Canyon Lake POA Budget Available Online

The 2022 - 2023 Annual Budget is now available online at www.clpoa.com/budget . Booklets will be available in the office in mid-April. The summary of annual charges can be found on page one of the Budget book.

Meet the Candidates Forum

The Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Meet the Candidates Forum on Wednesday, April 13 at 6 p.m. at the Lodge. This is a great opportunity for residents to meet the candidates running for the 2022 Board of Directors. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend this event. The City of Canyon Lake, EVMWD, and Canyon Lake POA are holding a joint meeting on Thursday, March 31 at 6 p.m. at the Lodge. Phase 3 Complete

Phase 2 Update

Due to the inclement weather crews were not be on site working today, Friday, March 4. Work is scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, March 5 on Gulf Stream Drive, Steelhead Drive, and Spray Drive. Road Reconstruction Phase 1 Update

Spray Drive and Channel Way are being worked on this week, however due to the weather paving has been postponed until tomorrow February 24 and Friday, February 25. Presidents Day Hours

The Canyon Lake POA office (including Member Services) is closed on Monday, February 21 in observation of the President's Day holiday. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, February 22. 

Roadrunner Park Restroom Update

Work is moving along at Roadrunner Park and the restrooms are anticipated to be completed mid-next month. Once the restroom is complete, we will be rehabilitating the horseshoe pits. Happy Camp Restroom Remodel Funding Approved

At the Regular Session Board Meeting on February 1, the Board approved funding for the remodel of the restrooms at Happy Camp. Over 170 general contractors were invited to review the bid documents in December and five bids were received. Road Reconstruction Update

The start dates for the Road Reconstruction Project have been delayed. Several factors have contributed to this delay. Due to widespread Covid-19, concrete deliveries for the replacement cross gutters have been an issue due to the lack of available truck drivers. Roadrunner Park Restroom Update

Work is moving along at Roadrunner Park. The restroom contains its own sewer lift station as part of the design, to pump sewage from the building up to the sewer line in the street. Holiday Harbor Parking Lot Seal

The Holiday Harbor Parking Lot will have a seal coat applied and trailer spaces will be re-striped in their wider configuration. Due to a weather dealy, this project will take place on Wednesday, January 19 and Thursday, January 20 and during this time, the parking lot will be closed.
