Canyon Lake POA Janitor

POSITION TITLE: Janitor

The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association (Canyon Lake POA) is currently accepting applications to fill a full-time position in the Operations Department. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Janitor/Maintenance/Custodian.

Position Details

POSITION TYPE: Full time with 5-day week, variable shifts, duration indefinite
STARTING PAY RATE: $16.00 per hour
BENEFITS: Eligible

Basic Functions & Duties

  • Clean building floors
  • Gather and empty trash
  • Clean, service, and supply restrooms
  • Dust furniture, walls, equipment and machines
  • Use of company vehicle to travel to assigned cleaning work
  • Set-up/break down and arrange tables, chairs, and ladders to prepare facilities for events, parties, weddings, meetings or banquets
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Must be able to work various shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have received a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 50lbs
  • Must successfully pass a physical exam, substance abuse screening and background check
  • Have a valid California driver’s license
  • Experience required
