The Canyon Lake POA is currently accepting applications for a Part-time Dishwasher at the Canyon Lake Lodge.

Basic Functions & Duties

Under the direction of the Sous Chef, a dishwasher is responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen areas including table, glass and silverware along with kitchenware utensils and equipment. A dishwasher must maintain all sanitation guidelines required by California Health Department as well as policies and procedures of the Canyon Lake POA.

Requirements

  • Provides accurate sanitation in all areas of the kitchen
  • Provides accurate communication with service staff
  • Must be able to work various shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Must possess Riverside County Food Handlers certificate
  • Able to stand up to six hours consistently
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Performs other tasks and duties as assigned
