Help Us Meet Quorum 
By Returning Your Ballot! 

- Election Day is Thursday, May 11 -

It's time to support your community by voting, every vote counts! So far, 1,051 ballots have been returned and we need 1,600 by Thursday, May 11 to meet quorum. If we do not meet quorum then an alternate meeting will be scheduled which would create an additional expense to the Canyon Lake POA. 

WAYS TO RETURN BALLOTS
By Mail
If you haven't yet returned your ballot yet, you still have time to mail it! Drop your ballot in the mail before Friday, May 5 (last day recommended to return a ballot by mail). 

Ballot Box
Another option for returning your ballot is the ballot box located at Blue Bird Hall. Members may return ballots in the ballot box up until Wednesday, May 10. 

In Person on May 11
Lastly, members may return a ballot from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Lodge on Thursday, May 11 at the Annual Meeting of the Members & Election of Directors.
Three of the five seats are up for election in the 2023/24 election, the two-year terms of Renee Griffiths, Tim Cook, and Alex Cook are ending.
