Ashlee Foushee is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, with a wide range of experience from bars to fine dining establishments. This wealth of varied training makes her particularly suited to managing the Canyon Lake Lodge and the diversity of its two primary dining spaces: the Lighthouse Restaurant, which provides an upscale dining experience, and the Sunset Lounge and Terrace, which foster a more relaxed atmosphere.
Prior to becoming the Canyon Lake Lodge Manager, Ashlee served as Assistant Manager at the Canyon Lake Country Club Bar & Grill. During her time there, she crafted delicious and varied cocktail specials, from seasonal favorites to event-specific offerings, such as Easter Buffet and Mother's Day Brunch Buffet drinks. Additionally, she introduced several successful events, including themed wine pairing dinners and a smash-hit whiskey dinner.
Ashlee implements a people-focused, energy-driven management style focusing on high standards for service. This is reflected not only in her staff but in herself; Ashlee is often seen in both front and back of house delivering top-tier service. Her exceptional customer service includes listening to guests, anticipating their needs, and curating a wonderful dining atmosphere and experience. In her own words, Ashlee wants "people to come to the Lodge and feel welcome, and just as comfortable here as they do at home."
