CINDY MARANA

Operations Manager

Cindy Marana is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience working in the Operations Department, the largest department at the Canyon Lake POA.

Cindy joined Operations in 2008, quickly learning the nuances of the department. Unphased by the rigors of job, Cindy rose through the ranks, becoming Operations Manager in nine years. As Operations Manager, Cindy manages the day-to-day functions and overall repair and maintenance of facilities, amenities, common areas, streets, and public works. This includes, but is not limited to, landscaping improvements to common areas; weed abatement in easements, culverts, and other common areas; aesthetic improvements to parks and beaches; and assessments of storm drains, streets, and gutters.

Additionally, Cindy schedules vendors for work throughout the community; facilitates kitchen equipment repairs and replacement; and coordinates community events. She prioritizes providing excellent customer service to members in all her day-to-day operations. Within her team, she provides support to foster greater teamwork.

Both the Equestrian Center and Happy Camp fall under Cindy’s umbrella of responsibilities. Cindy has been integral to the Equestrian Center’s development in recent years. In conjunction with the newly hired manager there, she ensures that quality of life and care remains excellent for the horses. Under her direction, horses are kept happy and healthy, their most important needs closely monitored from the comfortability and cleanliness of a boarder’s stall to excellent quality hay and a reliable, daily routine.

As someone who owns two horses herself, Cindy’s particular affinity for the Equestrian Center has allowed it to flourish for horses and owners alike.
