Happy Camp Restroom Remodel
The Canyon Lake POA will be remodeling the restroom building at Happy Camp that was built in 1985. The full remodel of the building includes a complete demolition of the inside, new plumbing, electrical, countertops, drywall, tile, restroom, and shower stalls. The exterior will receive a full-face lift with new roof, stucco, stone veneer, windows, patio cover, doors and walkways. When finished, the building will have a modern look matching todays Canyon Lake POA building standards and City codes including current accessibility compliance for ADA.
Project Funding
At the Regular Session Board Meeting on February 1, 2022 the Board approved funding in the amount of $392,383.20 (plust a 10% contingency) from Repair and Replacement Fund to include the restroom remodel and temporary restrooms.
