NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR THE Canyon Lake Lodge Patio & Event Space Construction Project Canyon Lake Property Owners Association Canyon Lake, CA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association invites bids for the above-stated project and will receive such bids up to the hour of 2 p.m. (PDT) on Wednesday December 21, 2022. Bids may be delivered via mail, in person, via email to: [email protected] and [email protected] or via fax to: 951-244-6845.
This exterior project consists of a new and enlarged outdoor dining area, patio and event space at an existing facility which contains a restaurant, bar, and multi-purpose meeting and banquet rooms. This hardscape project in several large structural CMU retaining walls, wood trellises, new raised concrete bandstand, CMU fire pits, low CMU landscape planters, landscaping, irrigation, and exterior lighting. Other included trades are demolition, storm drainage, concrete, tile, precast concrete, miscellaneous metals, plumbing, electrical, and rough carpentry.
A job walk will be held on Tuesday, November 22 at 11a.m., at the project site. There is an interior renovation/remodel project at this same location, the job walk for that project starts at 10 a.m. on the same day.
