Happy Camp 4th of July Lottery

The 4th of July Happy Camp Lottery will be held virtually. Entries will be accepted from May 18 through May 29. The live drawing will take place on Thursday, June 4, at 11 a.m. and will be streamed on the Canyon Lake POA Facebook page. Site winners will be notified by email following the lottery. Please do not contact the Campground unless you have been contacted directly.

Lottery Guidelines

- Only 1 submission per tract-lot will be accepted in the lottery
- Must be a "member in good standing"
- Only the prime, co-owner, associate, or property member types may register in the lottery

Site Reservation Requirements

There is a 3-day site minimum reservation (holiday rates apply) required for the dates of Friday, July 3, through Sunday, July 5. Water front sites are $71 per day, and off-water sites are $66 per day. In the event that you are unable to fulfill your 3-day reservation, you may cancel up until Monday, June 22, by calling Happy Camp at 951.434.5511 or emailing [email protected].

Site winners will be selected through an online lottery system taking place on Thursday, June 4. Site winners will be called to select their site beginning Friday, June 5, through Monday, June 22. Site winners will be called in the order they were selected during the lottery. Site winners who do not return their calls before Monday, June 22, will forfeit their site and waitlist winners will be contacted beginning Tuesday, June 23.

Site winners who have been contacted and selected a site may cancel their reservation with the campground up until Monday, June 22. After Monday, June 22, sites may not be canceled, and site winners who do not show up for their reservation will be charged the 3-day minimum holiday rate.

Sites are non-transferable and under no exception may be "sold". Site winners who do not fulfill their reservation or cancel before June 22 will responsible for the 3-day minimum holiday rate.

You may reserve a camp site in advance of July 4 and continue to stay at the same site through the reservation (if it is the same site you selected).

Check-in is at 1 p.m. or after on arrival day; no early check-ins will be permitted. Check-out is 12 p.m. on departure day.
