Mary McFadden brings over 10 years of customer service and community association management experience to her role as the Member Services Manager at the Canyon Lake POA. Her seasoned skills are perfect for interfacing with Canyon Lake members and overseeing up to ten employees trained to provide quality customer service.

As Member Services Manager, Mary adeptly handles several responsibilities including but not limited to cultivating new staff development and growth; serving as staff liaison to various committees; responding to member concerns and requests; training all new staff with a training program; and developing internal processes and policies to guide staff and improve efficiency to ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. The skill with which her staff functions when interfacing with members is a testament to how effective and comprehensive Mary’s training and guidance are.

Mary’s experience in the Corporate, Hearing Services, and Planning and Compliance departments give her a unique perspective that facilitates smooth operations between Member Services and other crucial member-serving areas. Her understanding of these departments has proven invaluable in answering member questions and addressing member concerns and requests.

With a community-focused mindset informing her in all she does, Mary consistently delivers high-level customer service and continues to grow and develop the skills of her staff and of herself. In 2023, Mary received the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) certification from the California Association of Community Manager (CACM), a prestigious honor that underscores her commitment to serving the Canyon Lake community.

Additionally, Mary volunteers her time by working the various concerts in the Concerts at the Lodge series lineup; by participating in the parade at Fiesta Hopper, in addition to other duties; and at the Car Show — yet another example of how dedicated Mary is to the Canyon Lake community.
