Celebrating its 40th year, the Canyon Lake Yacht Club's annual Parade of Lights is on Saturday, December 10. This time-honored tradition in Canyon Lake features a parade of festively decorated boats that tour the lake spreading holiday cheer. Boats will line up at the Eastport Park boat launch area at 5 p.m. The parade will start at approximately 5:30 p.m. with the Yacht Club’s iconic Green Dragon leading the way. Boats will show off their holiday spirit with festive lights and colorful displays as they parade through the East Bay and around the main part of the lake. The boats will go into Big Bass Cove and Catfish Cove, but no other coves this year.

Want to be in the parade? The Yacht Club invites all boat owners to participate in the parade.

One boat will be chosen to receive the Commodore’s Award. First, second and third place prizes will be awarded in the categories of Best Pontoon, Best Ski Boat and Club/Civic categories.
