Tiffany Cribbs is a seasoned professional with a solid background in strategic communications, marketing, public relations, and team management. As the Director of Community Services, she offers support, guidance, coordination, and supervision across various community-serving departments and functions, including Member Services, Activities and Recreation, the Pool, and Community Communications.

Tiffany's contributions to the Canyon Lake POA have been instrumental to the organization's success over the past decade. Through her vision and guidance, she impacted the organization by founding and leading the Communications team, which has become vital to the Canyon Lake POA's operations. Under her executive direction and strategic leadership for communications programs that best serve the community, the team has achieved many significant milestones, including rebranding the organization, launching multiple websites, establishing the organization's social media platforms, and creating the quarterly magazine Canyon Lake Living. This magazine is crucial in keeping the community well-informed and actively involved.

Tiffany is a skilled collaborator, fostering an environment of cooperation across multiple departments, committees, clubs, and the Board. During her tenure in Communications, she assisted with events run by Activities; covered and noticed Board functions; promoted the Lodge and Country Club Bar & Grill restaurants; managed vital news updates impacting the community; and marketed community events hosted by clubs. Her commitment to accuracy and efficiency is reflected in every aspect of her work, from overseeing editorial calendars and community events to coordinating with managers across departments to ensure smooth operations at the Canyon Lake POA.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and earned Dean's List honors for her academic excellence. She was an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), demonstrating her early commitment to the field. Today, Tiffany holds the Certified Community Association Manager – Large-Scale (CCAM-LS) designation from CACM, reflecting her expertise in managing large-scale communities and her ongoing dedication to upholding the highest standards in community association management.
