The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association is able to provide requesting members a Membership List which details names of owners, property addresses, and mailing addresses. A member may opt-out of sharing his/her information by checking the box below. This will remain in effect until changed by the member.

GENERAL COMMUNICATIONS PREFERENCES

The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association uses Northstar Technologies for the purpose of providing association notices and promotions pursuant of Civil Code § 4045 "Providing General Delivery or Notice". All members who provide an email address are automatically signed up to receive these notifications. The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association and Northstar Technologies will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.

I understand that by checking this box, I am authorizing that my primary email address above be removed from receiving electronic notices pursuant to Civil Code § 4045 "General Delivery or Notice".

INDIVIDUAL DELIVERY PREFERENCES

The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association may send all individual notices electronically, via email, in place of traditional mail if the member selects their Primary Email Address to be used as their Primary Address for the purpose of the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association communicating with them. Additionally, by providing a secondary email, it becomes the "secondary address" pursuant to Civil Code § 4040(b). If a secondary email address or address is not provided, you revoke any "secondary address" that may have previously been provided, pursuant to Civil Code § 4040(b), so that in the future you will only receive email notifications.
