The Canyon Lake POA successfully completed Year 1 of the pavement improvement program. This phase marked the start of the multi-year effort, repaving over 1.3 million square feet of asphalt across more than 55 street segments — continuing the work to bring all 37 miles of private roads up to good condition and sustain their maintenance at that level.
