Pavement Projects Underway

Both the pavement seal coating and pavement improvement projects are in progress throughout the community. Seal coating on last year's repaved streets is underway, though some work has been rescheduled due to weather.

Phase 1 of this year's Pavement Improvement Project is in progress. Roads include Golden Gate Drive (north of Continental), Emperor Drive North, Moccasin Circle, Marblehead Circle, and Black Duck Drive.

Affected streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with "No Parking" signs posted 48 hours in advance. Please avoid driving or walking on treated areas until barricades are removed to prevent damage.
