Upcoming Golden Algae Treatment

The Canyon Lake POA and EVMWD are partnering to conduct a chelated copper algaecide treatment on the lake starting Monday, November 3. This proactive measure is being taken to help reduce the increasing presence of golden algae and support the overall health of the lake ecosystem.

Members should expect the lake to be closed Monday, November 3, through Sunday, November 9.

View the complete schedule on our Lake Conditions page. For additional questions, please contact the Canyon Lake POA's Corporate Office at [email protected].

Halloween Reminders

Halloween is tomorrow, and we want everyone to enjoy a safe and fun evening. Please remember to drive slowly, watch for pedestrians after dark, use flashlights or reflective gear, and keep pets secure. Avoid blocking driveways or parking on landscaping, and if you are expecting visitors pre-register them for quicker gate access. As a reminder, service providers are not permitted in the community on Halloween. If you have one needing access that day, add them as a temporary guest. This restriction does not apply to in-home healthcare services. For additional holiday tips, visit our Halloween Reminders page.

Pavement Projects Underway

The pavement improvement project is in progress throughout the community. Phase 1 of this year's Pavement Improvement Project is now complete.

Phase 2 begins on Monday, November 3. Roads include Buck Tail Drive and Cinnamon Teal Drive.

Affected streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with "No Parking" signs posted 48 hours in advance. Please avoid driving or walking on treated areas until barricades are removed to prevent damage.
