Lodge Lawn Turf Replacement Project

The project is underway on the Lodge lawn. Members will need to follow posted signage during the work and keep off the Lodge lawn area. Installation of the artificial turf is expected to finish in February.

Due to the large increase in lawn venue usage since its installation in 2023, the lawn has become more difficult to maintain and keep attractive. Unlike grass, artificial turf stays lush and uniform year-round and doesn't require maintenance, thus reducing landscaping costs and labor and potentially saving $14,000 per year in maintenance and water usage.

Equestrian Center Arena Project

New footing improvements are coming to the Equestrian Center! This project will refresh all three arenas and the round pen with new footing to improve ride quality, safety, and overall usability. The Equestrian Center includes two riding arenas, one turn-out arena, and an additional round pen. The Board approved this enhancement, including updates to each of these areas, at the January 6, 2026 Regular Session Board Meeting.

Work begins Thursday, February 5, starting with the dressage arena and the turn-out arena. During this phase, the dressage arena will be closed for approximately two weeks, and the turn-out arena will be unavailable for about one and a half weeks. The final phase will be the jumping arena and round pen, which will take approximately one week. Weather permitting, the full project is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete.
