Modified Hours Feb 20

Please be advised that our restaurants will have a temporary change in hours tomorrow, February 20, due to a private organization function. The Country Club Bar & Grill will close at 2 p.m., and the Lodge will be closed for the day. Regular hours at both facilities will resume on Saturday, February 21.

Patriotic Quilters Call for Veterans

Do you know a veteran in our community? The Canyon Lake Patriotic Quilters are looking for nominations for their next patriotic quilt presentation. The group makes patriotic quilts by hand and presents them to Canyon Lake veterans in honor of their service.

Recommendations can be directed to
Kathy Barbay at [email protected]
or Rhonda McCord at [email protected].

Access Rule Reminder

As a reminder, identification — in the form of a Canyon Lake POA membership card, driver's license, call-in passcode, etc. — is required for entry into the community (GR.6.1). This entry requirement enables us to maintain our gate-guarded community security standards.

To learn more about this rule and others relating to our identification policy and more, visit our Rules & Regulations page.

Service Reminders

RSO vs Community Patrol

Canyon Lake is a unique community that has both patrol services (provided by the Canyon Lake POA) and police services (provided by Riverside County Sheriff). In times of safety or security issues, it's crucial to know which authority to contact. The Riverside County Sheriff addresses a range of concerns, including burglary, fraud, lost property, theft, trespassing, vandalism, animal cruelty, and sexual abuse. Whereas the Canyon Lake POA's Community Patrol addresses concerns related to barking dogs, curfew, loitering/solicitation, noise complaints, and vandalism to Canyon Lake POA common areas. Additionally, Marine Patrol provides boat distress assistance, boat inspections, and lake speed enforcement.

Remember always to call or text 9-1-1 if there is a threat to life, imminent violence, or a crime in progress.

Country Club Bar & Grill
Private Event Schedule

Equestrian Center Arena Project

Work is underway at the Equestrian Center! Improvements are still being completed on the dressage arena, which remains closed due to inclement weather. The improvements are expected to be completed next week.

Additionally, please be advised that rumble strips will be installed at the entrance of the equestrian center on Friday, February 20, and will remain until the last truck of sand has been delivered.

The final phase will be the jumping arena and round pen, which will take approximately one week. Weather permitting, the full project is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete.
