New Member Services Office Hours

Starting May 1, our Member Services office will no longer be open on Saturdays. This adjustment follows a detailed review of Saturday visits over the past year, revealing low member traffic and limited service capability, as many member needs pertained to other departments that do not have Saturday hours. Additionally, our new automated guest call-in service, which is available 24/7, eliminates the need for personnel to staff the call center.

The Member Services office will continue to operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
