Pavement Seal Coating Project

The pavement seal coating project is underway! Due to inclement weather, certain roads have been rescheduled. Please visit www.clpoa.com/sealcoating for the revised schedule.

Affected streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on their designated days, with temporary street closure and no parking signs posted in the work area 48 hours before work begins. Do not drive or walk on the surface until the barricades are removed, or you may damage the coating of your vehicle. Cost to clean up or reapply slurry will be the homeowner's responsibility.

Pavement Improvement Project

This year's pavement project, Phase 1, will begin on Monday, October 20, 2025, on Golden Gate Drive (cul-de-sac), Emperor Drive North (from Buck Tail Drive to Cinnamon Teal Drive), Moccasin Circle, Marblehead Circle, and Black Duck Drive. Temporary street closure and no parking signs will be posted 48 hours before work.

Work will take place Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. During this time, the streets being worked on will be closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic. There will not be vehicular access to/from your residence during this period. Please do not drive through the construction area while the street is closed, as it is unsafe, and you may cause damage to your vehicle or the street surface.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this project.
