2025 Pavement Improvement Project
2025 Pavement Project Overview
The Canyon Lake POA is moving forward with the third phase of its multi-year pavement improvement program.
This year's project will continue rehabilitation efforts across selected streets, including pavement removal and replacement, curb and gutter repairs, subgrade preparation, asphalt paving, and slurry sealing. Traffic striping, pavement markings, and markers will also be restored to match existing layouts.
The overall goal remains to raise the pavement condition index of Canyon Lake's 37 miles of private roads to a good condition and maintain them at that level for the long term.
