Community News

Eastport Motorcycle Parking Project

The refurbishments to the motorcycle parking area at Eastport Park are complete! Motorcycles and portable enclosures can now be relocated to the lot.

Improvements included repaving the parking area and refurbishing the shade structure, increasing the longevity of the space.

Cooling Center at Senior Center

Due to high temperatures, the Canyon Lake Senior Center will be open as a cooling center tomorrow, March 20, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For after-hours heat relief today, March 19, and tomorrow, March 20, please visit the Community Patrol Office on Blue Bird Drive.

Stay cool and hydrated!

Pickleball Courts Fencing Maintenance Update

Pickleball Court 4 will remain closed for maintenance until midday tomorrow,
March 20. Pickleball Courts 1 through 3 reopened yesterday, March 18, and courts 5 and 6 remain open. Use our live pickleball cam to check court availability.

Access Rule Reminder

As a reminder, identification — in the form of a Canyon Lake POA membership card, driver's license, call-in passcode, etc. — is required for entry into the community (GR.6.1). This entry requirement enables us to maintain our gate-guarded community security standards.

Architectural Control Committee Public Notice

Thursday, March 26, 2026

When building a house or making any repairs, alterations, or additions to the exterior of your home or property, you must submit your plans to the Canyon Lake POA for the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to review for approval at their weekly ACC Meeting. The property improvements posted on our ACC Notices page will be reviewed at the ACC Committee Meeting on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
