2026 – 2027 Annual Budget Available

The Canyon Lake POA 2026 – 2027 Annual Budget is now available online. Printed booklets of the 2026 – 2027 Annual Budget will also be available for pick up at the Canyon Lake POA's Member Services office within the next couple of weeks.
 
The annual assessment per unit (lot) will be $4,260, and this assessment is due on May 1, 2026. The assessment may be paid in full or in 12 equal monthly payments in the amount of $355 (plus installment charge). Those who pay in full save money by not having to pay the monthly installment charges.

Board Meeting Notice

Join us at our next Regular Session Board Meeting on Tuesday, April 7, at 6 p.m. at the Lodge. Members may attend in person at the Lodge, join virtually through Zoom at vm.clpoa.net, or watch it live on our Facebook page @CanyonLakePOA. The Board Meeting agenda will be posted five days in advance of the meeting. Comments and questions may be emailed to the Board in advance at [email protected].

Community Garage Sale

Fling into spring with our first Community Garage Sale of the year on Saturday, April 25, and Sunday, April 26! Gather all the trinkets and hopefully-this-isn't-an-heirloom objects in your attics and your closets to sell at the garage sale! This weekend event community sale allows residents to have a garage sale without obtaining a garage sale permit. All items must be removed from the front lot by 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 26. Residents with items in the front lot that are in violation of the Rules & Regulations may be subject to violations. The last day to sign up is Thursday, April 23.

Garage sales held on alternative dates must still obtain a garage sale permit and follow the Rules & Regulations related to garage sales, so sign up today!

View Pickleball Courts Live!

Did you know that you can easily check pickleball court availability with our pickleball cam online? Head to the "Pickleball" page under "Recreation" to see a real-time camera of the courts. The pickleball courts are open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. All members in good standing are welcome to use the courts at their leisure when the courts are available.

Country Club Bar & Grill
Private Event Schedule

The Country Club Bar & Grill is a great place to enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the beautiful greens! While private events occasionally require sections of the restaurant to close, like the dining room or patio, the rest of the restaurant often remains open for your enjoyment.

Pickleball Courts Maintenance

The Pickleball Courts will be closed on Wednesday, April 15, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for maintenance. This is part of the regularly scheduled monthly closure that takes place every third Wednesday during the same time frame. This routine maintenance is vital to the upkeep of this beloved and well-used amenity.

 

Architectural Control Committee Public Notice

Thursday, April 9, 2026

When building a house or making any repairs, alterations, or additions to the exterior of your home or property, you must submit your plans to the Canyon Lake POA for the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to review for approval at their weekly ACC Meeting. The property improvements posted on our ACC Notices page will be reviewed at the ACC Committee Meeting on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
