The Canyon Lake POA successfully completed Year 3 of the pavement improvement program. This phase included pavement removal and replacement, curb and gutter repairs, subgrade preparation, asphalt paving, and slurry sealing — continuing the multi-year effort to bring all 37 miles of private roads up to good condition and sustain their maintenance at that level.

The Board approved Year 3 funding at the July 1, 2025 Regular Session Board Meeting. This project went to bid in May 2025. Each year the Canyon Lake POA Board contributes to the Road Reserve to continually maintain Canyon Lake's 37 miles of privately owned roads — the Canyon Lake POA's largest asset and maintenance liability.
