The Canyon Lake POA successfully completed Year 2 of the pavement improvement program. This phase marks a significant milestone — with 40% of roads now repaved, the POA continues its multi-year effort to bring all 37 miles of private roads up to good condition and sustain their maintenance at that level.

The Board approved Year 2 funding at the June 6, 2023 Regular Session Board Meeting. This project went to bid in April 2023. Each year the Canyon Lake POA Board contributes to the Road Reserve to continually maintain Canyon Lake's 37 miles of privately owned roads — the Canyon Lake POA's largest asset and maintenance liability.
