Pavement Project Underway

The pavement improvement project is in progress throughout the community.

Due to inclement weather, Phase 3 has been rescheduled to begin on Monday, December 1. Roads include Emperor Drive South (from Buck Tail Drive through Continental Drive) and Big Butte Drive.

Affected streets will be closed on the remaining days from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with "No Parking" signs posted 48 hours in advance. Please avoid driving or walking on treated areas until barricades are removed to prevent damage.

Lake Testing Results Available

Updated lake testing results are now available on our Lake Conditions page. Early post-treatment samples show the application was largely effective, with all but one location showing no detectable Golden Algae. One site showed a very low trace level, which is not unusual. We will continue monitoring and share updates as new results come in.

Thanksgiving Day
Gate Management

To help move holiday traffic more efficiently for residents, we are implementing a temporary gate plan in place on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. These adjustments are designed to streamline resident entry and reduce delays during peak hours.

Thanksgiving Day Gate Access
Main Gate: All lanes will be used for guest entry.
East Gate: Open for Canyon Lake POA members only. Guest vehicles will be redirected to the Main Gate.
North Gate: No changes; standard access for both members and guests.

This is a pilot program for Thanksgiving. Its success will help us decide if this approach becomes a standard for other busy holidays. Plan ahead, share with your guests, and help us make this holiday stress-free.

Canyon Lake POA Offices
Thanksgiving Hours

The Canyon Lake POA offices (including Member Services) are closed Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28, in observation of the Thanksgiving holiday. Regular hours will resume on Monday, December 1.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Service Reminders

Lake Status Flags
- Current Status: Green Flag -

Boaters are advised to take note of the three lake flags: red flags mean the Main Lake is closed to boat traffic, yellow flags mean the Main Lake is restricted to NO WAKE, and green flags mean there are no lake restrictions.

The flags are most regularly used during inclement weather or special events on the Main Lake. The current lake level is 1,381.68', and the lake is on a Green status.

Amenity Updates

Country Club Bar & Grill
Private Event Schedule

The Country Club Bar & Grill is a great place to enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the beautiful greens! While private events occasionally require sections of the restaurant to close, like the dining room or patio, the rest of the restaurant often remains open for your enjoyment.
